    My point being. Are you pressured into working those hrs. Or voluntarily. As a now retired union rep. I'd be concerned about the first case scenario. As you were completely knackered.

    Not pressured by the company at all, just doing what's right in exceptional, almost emergency, circumstances. Actually I'd say the only pressure has been from some members of our team who refuse to be flexible in any way and so the other half of the team has to be doubly so.
