We went straight from Oakwell to the gig at the Coop Arena; game was in progress so we thought there would be nothing near. So we parked at Ashton Moss and got the Metrolink - car park was full but we squeezed in semi-legally.... Journey on the tram in and out was great though. About 15 minutes max each way, straight onto motorway afterwards out of the car park. £6 return in total for an adult and 2 kids. Free to park.

I've not done the tram yet but after last night I'm thinking got to give it a go. The traffic around the stadium and arena is just mental. Gridlocked for an hour everyone angry as f tram next time I think cheers bud.

How come you weren't at Oakwell? Not trying to be funny just curious as to why you went to watch Man City if you are supposedly a Barnsley fan ?

Spot on. If Barnsley play Spurs I want Barnsley to win. Even though it's a toss up between them. I'd still go to Oakwell over Tottenham Hotspur Stadium/ White Hart Lane.

That reminds me, I must have a listen to Chronic Town. Great EP. Where did that 42 years go?

It's fine, they'll just go back to supporting Chelsea.

Should have won a lot more. You're seeing real Spurs tonight. (Granted it's only Southampton). Bigger game Thursday night. I just hope they turn up when it matters.

Haven't had a right lot to cheer about recently. Dad's in ICU at St. James'. They had to open him up, remove the hernia that was pushing his stomach into his heart and lungs and stitch him back together again.

I think Pep is still one of the greatest ever managers and once he’s got a billion pound to spend in January he’ll prove it.

So when Chelsea spent £1.4 billion on players everyone took the p.$$. If they win the league this season, no-ones laughing suddenly, are they?

In the last 10 years, City have generated £300million from Academy player sales alone, they have the largest PPV audience in the USA of any non NFL team. They have 13, 14, 15 yr old players from around the world coming, Claudio Echeverri one example coming in January.

    Glazers staying 10 more years..........
