Don't disagree with the letting talent go, Morgan Rogers case in point. And Palmer obviously. But working with 22 man squad means inevitable mistakes letting some go too soon, maybe Chelseas model is the way forward.

Ederson, Walker Dias Akanji Stones all walking wounded, playing at 80% because they are carrying knocks normally wouldn't be anywhere near the team whilst fully fit. De Bruyne not fit. Doku and Grealish been injured. Kovacic 1 training session after 5 weeks out, not fully fit but played 90 mins.

    Can we talk about Rodri?

Rodri’s the best player in the world. I said as soon as he got injured they wouldn’t win a thing. Last season he got a 3 game suspension & they didn’t win any of them & that was a City side doing well before & after his suspension.

Why doesn’t he give youngsters more of a chance? McAtee was one of the best players in the championship. If Walker’s not fully fit put Lewis back in defence & play Mcatee. Liverpool & Man Utd give their youngsters opportunities, even Arteta’s doing it now but for some reason Pep won’t.

For me they have to be over exaggerating these injury problems as if they were that bad they would be playing youngsters.

When confidence is low and pressure is on throwing young kids in sometimes backfires, but there will be one given a chance in January for sure. Didn't mention Foden, ffs he's gone from player of the year to waste of space, can't blame Pep for that.

The great thing about the Internet and posts in the public domain is they stay for perpetuity, the answer is yes maybe this May or next May, I can also be a real petty c.n.t btw Im sure there's a few people on here would agree but will leave that accolade to you though for now, I'm sure you'll carry on repeating the same boring comment over and over, but I bet you wouldn't back against City winning the league next season?

I hope Liverpool properly bottle it this year I will laugh my pisser off.

I think you can blame Pep for a lot though.

You can say the Bobb injury is unlucky which I agree with but Gundogan’s 34, both De Bruyne & Stones are injury prone. Savinho’s never played in England before, no natural left backs in the squad, Walker’s 34 & his biggest asset is his pace.

Surely it’s Pep’s fault that he’s gone with a small squad with several injury prone & several ageing players?

They’ve got several talented youngsters on loan in other top European leagues, surely it’s bad management to loan them all out?

I absolutely wouldn't back against City winning it next year. They'll just spend hundreds of millions of pounds and just buy the title again, like they've done over the last decade.

The club thought Pep was leaving he was making comments about managing England or another International team so they deliberately built up a war chest for a new manager to build a new team. Alvarez was demanding being first choice and with Haaland how can Pep say anything other than off you go.

I think Delap might be back via buy back, Harewood Bellis was a bad decision for £20million shouldve loaned Simpson Pusey instead, Palmer shouldve been a loan but he's a massive red so he'll not be at Chelsea for long, Savio will be better next year, long shopping list for January and summer but a win in the court and alls good.

Which is statistically incorrect. Spending wise not even in the top 5. Chelsea? Er, Chelsea?

City aren't in the top 5 in spending over the past decade?

Mind you, I suppose they'll get around it by sponsoring themselves billions of pounds via stadium and shirts.

And you keep mentioning Chelsea - literally nobody on here is using them as a bastion of integrity. They do my box in too - there's just no Chelsea obsessive to debate with.
