for god sake, if southend can afford it we can, Works very well at Everton, then if the ticket is lost/stolen it can be removed from the system and a new one issued, anyone trying to enter with the old one wouldnt be able to, problem solved.

Lets say £500 per turnstyle for the scanners, how many turnstyles we got at Oakwell - about 40? Then theres the consultancy and the backend hardware - I reckon you'd be looking at £40,000 easy. True, they can afford that, but they could also put that money to better use as well. Perhaps a nice new logo, in pink.
