You can get an idea of a player's character with data, much better than through traditional techniques (whatever they are).

Look at the data of the player you're analysing when his team are losing and compare it to when his team are level/winning. And that's just for starters.

He's being generous saying we have 6-7 top end league one players.

 

If I'd been the interviewer I'd have asked him to name them.

This has got to be the best team he’s ever managed and he’s making a ballax of it, that’s the truth.
