    I was on holiday in southern Spain last week. One evening we were sitting in a beach bar (we'd just finished off our grilled octopus) which looked out onto the Atlantic to the west. As the sun went down, the barman put that music on. As he'd done it loads of times before, the timing was perfect - the climax of the music came just as the last bit of the sun slipped below the ocean. Breathtaking.

    It is a sensational piece of music. Not sure the octopus would have appreciated it though. :)
