    I'm that cool I'm not afraid to say I like Coldplay. Only hipsters pretend they don't like 'em.

    Just like they're all fans of early 80's synth and The Smiths.

    I dont particularly like coldplay - their music is a bit dull for my tastes - but I thought the set with all that was happening in the stadium especially the acrobatic dance troupe was really good. I am too old to be cool these days so I dont need to say things for effect.
    (I never liked The Smiths - but some of the 80's Synth I do actually like)

    I am not a fan of coldplay really but there is no denying how successful they have been for the last decade. Plenty must be into them.
