Programmes are still produced. Reading the latest thread from Newsbot. Maybe just not sold in the club shop. Bizzare if you ask me. But if outsourced it's the companies responsibility. ( distribution.) Eg outside the ground or online purchase. They still sell em (programmes) on the concourse and for delivery online. See Oakwell review. Efl trophy.
Ran into this problem at the Oxford game. You can’t buy a programme in the shop and you can’t buy one with a card outside. They told me to go to the box office to do something to then be able to get a programme but luckily someone I was with had cash.
By the way I went down to the ground on Saturday morning. They didn’t have a single item in that was smaller than aged 5-6. ‘Will you be getting some smaller sizes in?’ ‘Yes on our next delivery’ ‘When will that be?’ ‘We don’t know’ Complete waste of time I won’t be going back.
I've got six vouchers but doubt I'll be using them. Was going to buy George the second and third strip with personalisation but I haven't received the home strip yet.
Still waiting on my sons goalkeeper kit was meant to ship no later than the 8th Sept. Yet still no email or update on the order. Been an absolute farce from start to finish and I hope to god the club learn from it for next season.
I'm away Monday still waiting for 4, not been reight bothered but nar i'm gerrin a bit stressed. keep the faith, C,O,Y,R.
Not sure why you haven't recieved the home Strip mate. ( Have they given any reason. Guessing kids sizes not available at mo) But if going Saturday. Show em receipt of payment and if correct size is in store. Ask for shirt and see if they will take the delivered one after it arrives as a replacement. Worth a shot.
Ok so just checked with fanatics and despite it saying that it would be shipped no later than the 8th Sept that due to an issue in the warehouse they can’t give a date that it will be shipped by now. So the saga continues.
Must be getting to the point where the club will be looking to cancel the contract and get rid of them due to the reputational harm it's doing.
Doubt it, if they couldn't be arsed to do any due diligence on them, when there's loads of complaints about them online, they probably won't be arsed to do anything about it now. They'll just fall back on "its outsourced, nowt to do wi us". Let's face it customer service hasn't been a priority for a long time.
Doubt it. After a fan account made them aware of Hex you would have thought more homework would be done before getting in to a business deal. They can't have seen their one star rating on Trust Pilot.
I'm sure they did do their due diligence and knew to expect poor customer service but had weighed it up and decided that the benefit to the club, be it financial or the fact it's just easier to let someone else do the job, outweighed the negative experience that supporters were to receive. However I'm sure that even with that due diligence they didn't expect it to be quite this bad and the flack the will start to receive will be so bad that they must be considering the relationship
