    So he's not going to play first team and we don't have a reserve team so I can't see what this is going to achieve...?

    sounds like nobody at the club knows what the hell they're doing

    they scrap the reserves saying we don't have a big enough squad and then sign players that they say are to be reserves but without a team to play them in.

    So sodje has no team to play in and only 9 months of no football to develop before his contract expires. excellent

    Can we at least wait until he plays to judge whether he's good or not

    I've done it in the past where i've thought a player is gunna be **** and he's turned out alright, give the young lad a chance to show what he's made of before we write him off.

    I've done it in the past as well, but unfortunately most times my initial fear has been proved right.
    I'd love to know the thought process behind any manager who says to himself "I need some strikers, I know theres's one who hasn't scored goals at a level 3 leagues below ours, I'll sign him" Crazy.

    I think its because we were told the squad was going to be reduced,the concentration would be on a few quality proven players.We've sold Muller,rumours about JCR and De Silva going, and who is our first signing ...........a 20yr old who needs redevelopement .......underwhelmed
