I like clarke...yes he makes wrong decisions and can be strange but I admire his efforts especially with what life's thrown at him. The club just simply aren't backing him properly. As soon as he's the opportunity he will jump ship cos we are not run properly

To be fair, the recruitment team might have done a really good job, worked their knackers off, but every priority target didn't wanna join due to a multitude of reasons...

does Sormaz think we are all idiots and believe a word he says. He’s an embarrassment releasing an interview like that. Just shows what disregard him and the others have for the fans.

'might have' is one thing Frog, and to be fair none of us really know what is involved when it comes to dealings during a transfer window.
But, how many windows is it now where they have failed, very disappointingly, to get the players in that we know we've needed.

 

No it isn't serious, hence the "..." at the end. But there's a difference between the recruitment team and whoever fronts the money for contracts etc. I have absolutely no doubt that every member of staff, coaching, kiosks, anyone working withing BFC work incredibly hard.

Free signings usually have higher salaries and joining fees.

 

If they have worked as hard as they can these last 2 windows and not produced the goods then for me they ain’t up to task in hand. Can’t keep failing in transfer windows.

 

If they find really good players but the board/higher ups keep ******* up, its hardly their fault.
