I went yesterday and it was really reallt disappointing. Lack of pace, not moving the ball forward quick enough, players confused as to their roles, lack of leadership, blunt instrument up front, midfield missing a ball winner.
I'm usually a glass half full type but that was drained (not totally) yesterday.
However, the highlights shown on here don't reflect the number of chances we had. Collins only had one save of note to make. we missed a good 4 or 5 chances.
Whatever, it needs turning round quickly. I'm sure the players realise that. Next two games crucial.
Two wins will be just the kick up the arse we need.

Agree, professional pride should have kicked in straight away as soon as they emerged from the the tunnel onto the pitch and saw the near 3000 fans across from them.

 

The same Cole who didn’t even make the bench yesterday? In a team that can’t score. If so, you are basically saying that the head coach doesn’t know what he is doing.

 

I'd give styles a rest from center midfield.

Probably good reasons why Cole can’t even make the bench but at this particular time when we can’t buy a goal he’s the only striker other than Woodrow who has a half decent scoring record in recent times all be it in Scotland.

Not saying our Head Coach doesn't know what he's doing but I am saying he needs to give the lad a chance. If he's fit he needs to be given an opportunity in a team which can't score goals.

 

I know it's only brief highlights but that was abysmal, even worse than described by people who went. Callum Brittain is losing form,because of the role he's being asked to play.
Out fought and out run,no one said that about BFC last season.
If you are going to play 3-4-3,then play direct football, otherwise change the formation. It is that simple.
He was supposed to be a coach who got close to his players, don't see any evidence. I know English is his second language but he does not communicate through the media very well. I don't know if he has problems back in Austria, as he seems to not want to be here.
It's not working, for whatever reason, the owners need to make a quick decision for his and everyone else's sake and start again.

 

It was very worrying even on the highlights.

At first, I thought we must have been the team in Red. We did absolutely nothing.

 

Very happy I was on a catamaran in Santorini rather than watching that. Real depressing start to the season.
