    Is Colace THAT bad

You don't seem to rate him based on what you have heard.
Hope we haven't signed a dud.

Colace will have to work very hard to get into the team in front of Hassell!!

Davey hasn't played him there for no reason.

Correct, but it was the Chengdu Blades and not the sort of class players the team will be up against on Saturday.
Straws, at clutching springs to mind.
I hope Davey is not going to spend a season tinkering about with the team and trying out daft options.

    I've heard

the early signs in training werent good, technically and physically not suited to the English game, doesnt speak a word of English, withdrawn from the other players and in a very similar way to Mostto, seems he's going to struggle. He may adapt better and quicker, but best case scenario, we're not going to see him for some months. Just what I've heard, cant comment first hand.

    Thanks for that

I suspected something along those lines.
Hope he comes good though. I watched that interview with El Haimour translating for him - he struggled with the interview so all we can hope for is that he adapts and works hard.

Where else would ypu play Hassell. He is a good playr but other squad members are better at his favoured position imho.

New lad and Devaney if 4-4-2 but I think Davey going to play 5-3-2 so your guess is as good as mine.

Devaney was excellent on Saturday, played his heart out. I would expect him to start.
Hope it's not hoof ball as that's not hume's game - he needs the ball to feet.

    Just get a draw must be the philosophy so 5 3 2 or even 4 5 1

    Brilliant.
Exactly why we should have brought in a holding midfielder from these shores. FFS there's enough of em in the British game to go at.
Hassell in midfield until mid-Sept at the earliest.
    Well done Simon.

He may have to injure him in training or hire a hitman just to be on the safe side.

How come he doesn't speak a word of English

when we're told his agent has been trying to get him a move to England for some time? Surely it would be one of the things you'd work on to open doors.
