Home game in winter. Everyone had blankets, even the neo-nazi away element. Couldn't feel feet on the way home, hips hurt, i think they had started to freeze up. Brrrrrrr.

RE: 2 seasons ago, Tranmere away, Boxing Day

arrived at half-time due to being stuck on a frozen M62, then gambled taking the side-roads through a frozen Oldham, which was an even worse decision. Was feeling very very pissed off after 89 minutes of that match. Then cue Antony Kay, and all of a sudden the 5 hour drive for 45 minutes seemed well worth it......

Swindon away in the FA Cup one january a few years back.

I was about 13 and ended up in the St Johns Porta-kabin with blankets around me. We'd been in the uncovered end and it was sleeting all match..

Boxing Day 1998 - Stockport away

When the old standing end was open.
Frozen to the spot and the frost so fierce it was hurting my eyes.
Lost feeling in my legs by half time despite us all huddling up for warmth.

Won 1-0 - Arjan de Zeeuw scored with our only shot on goal in the full 90 minutes of football.
