I think it's abit stupid. What's up with Cole he's not interacting with fans after scoring? Other people questioning his dad's personality... Jesus must be a boring day... I'm disappointed with our goalkeepers why don't they do kart wheels round the 6 yard box in celebration when we score? Do they want out? Are they upset with the fans?

There's nothing wrong with it, I don't think anyone has said there is anything wrong with it.

Devante played well again. He (and Norwood) cannot play 90 minutes at the intensity they bring to the team,

With five subs they don’t need to - works in our favour, the same applied under Val.

Duff has it right with the forwards. Run your knackers off and I’ll give you a rest when you have nothing left.

Means even when the football side of things isn’t coming off, and so we’re not playing that well, we’ve always got a chance of winning anyway.

Marvellous. I never stopped loving he club but was feeling a bit disillusioned - Michael Duff has reignited the flame and with bells on.

Whoever decided to appoint him, presumably Khaled but who knows - well ******* done. Genius move.

I'll be honest l thought Duff got it wrong with the subs, we took Norwood off too early and we had nothing up front. Taking off the rose tinted glasses that was not a 2-0 to us 2nd half, there were only one team in it. But we've come away with a 4-2 win so l dont give a ****.

Reminded me of the Goal Bruce Dyer scored at the Ponty end. I was watching from ESL. He was actually on the by-line about halfway between the corner flag and the near post. I can't remember exactly where the goalie was but I think Bruce had rounded him. Anyway, he got the ball in the net from what seemed an impossible angle and 'curled' the ball perfectly. Can't remember who we were playing at the time though. Anyone else remember that game?

I liked his interview after the game, when asked what he was thinking just before he scored. "I just wondered why the keeper came out, so I could just put it through his legs"

Was against Portsmouth and if memory serves it was in pouring rain. Ball looked to be going out for a goal kick and everyone bar Bruce had given up on it, but it slowed enough on the sodden turf for him to catch it and curl it in. Thats my memory of it anyway, I think its on a YouTube somewhere.
    Reight goal!

Had a soft spot for Bruce. Nice guy I gather. I'm not into religion but used to love his two handed finger point to the sky when he scored. Not sure (any) God played any part in his goal scoring though. Omnipotent and omni present though he/she/it/they may be, I am pretty sure there were more pressing issues to focus on.

I also have a soft spot for Joey Barton ......it's a peat bog in the West of Ireland.:)

I was going to post about Devante today, as I remembered this thread.

If you saw the interaction between him and Connell and him and Duff as they walked off, plus the sprint from the bench to the melee in the Ponty after the last goal, there's nowt to worry about regarding team spirit.
