Bit rubbish but Coventry are fighting for their lives and have seemingly survived the drop now. We’ll still get playoffs
“If” was the operative word. There will be plenty sharpening their knives right now. Crap performance in one of our best seasons of all time. Support = through thick and thin.
I'm not turning on them, but the manner of that defeat was a bit disappointing. We were uncharacteristically poor.
Hope that’s a joke? We’ve won a club recird six away games in row without him and propelled ourselves into the playoffs without him. The shiit house comments are already coming out.
Well played Coventry - they were far the better team and we were never really in it. Worst performance since Val came in so we shouldn't be too critical however it's a worry how many of our key players were poor today. Furthermore, I'm a little concerned how small our squad is now since both wingbacks deserved to be replaced today yet the manager doesn't have any faith with the players on the bench. I fear this might haunt us on the run in. However, let's hope it's a one off and we come back stronger on Wednesday night.
Well done Coventry, Bobbins got his tactics spot on, and we’ve been beaten fair n square. Dust down and ready to go again on Wednesday evening I hope. Right, I’m off to find some old Matty James posts to regurgitate.
They need our support now more than ever. “Uncharacteristically” sums it up. Why don’t we build them up instead of knocking them down at the first set back?
did a Wednesday on us made sure the defenders headers dropped just between midfield and defence, leaving us no space to play,Styles tried to get us going, but Mowatt looked like he was running through treacle, think we might have shot our bolt with a furlong to run, been a great season whatever happens
For heaven's sake will you give it a rest. People are allowed to make a comment after the game. No one is slagging them off, just giving an opinion. Calm down.
Bitterly disappointed, both with the result and performance. However, credit where credit's due, Coventry were much the better team and thoroughly deserved the three points. Too many of our players had an off day today. We need to dust ourselves off and go again on Wednesday night at Huddersfield. We're still four points clear in the Play Offs, WE'RE ACTUALLY IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP PLAY OFFS , today was the first league defeat away from home in three months. There's no way I'm criticising Valerien Ismael or our players today. I still back them 100% and have every confidence in them.
I’m ecstatic that we’ve got to where we are , especially as it wasn’t expected and from where we were this point last season . However I’m a little concerned that getting here especially since the international break that the momentum doesn’t seem to be there and key players seem frustrated . Teams don’t fear us anymore
Am I allowed to say that I'm disappointed with today's performance despite us being brilliant all season? Is that OK?
I dont really think its turning on them its a very poor performance and fans are obviously disappointed and are goung to voice their opinions on a football forum - that's what you do. BUT no one can slate em after the season we're having playoffs or not.
