    Tight game with them just having too much for us so a narrow 2-1 defeat with plenty of promise for the season to come as all teams won't be as strong as Wigan.

    I think we have different definitions of the word "comfortable". Actually, having witnessed at first hand the late late show from Ipswich at Oakwell in '96 I've given up on being "comfortable" at Oakwell ever again.

    For the record I'm going for 3-1 to Barnsley today.

    It's a new season the very first game and fans ate saying ill take a draw!!! Take a draw on the first day at him ffs have a bit of belief will u! Wigan have lost a few players as well as there manager! It will be tough for them because they think this league will be easy, they will be thinking little old barnsley. Can't bloody wait me! 2.0 reds!!!
