No I'm talking about the Peterborough game this season where Wisemans inability to defend a ball ln gave them a couple of easy goals.

you and that girl from Hemsworth are the only ones that think that for whatever reason. Maybe the same non footballing reason as Hill
Everyone that knows a little bit about the game will set you straight

    Okay Hemsworth, what's your answer?

The defence is shipping goals for fun.

Many on here see Hassell as someone who could help stop the rot, and can't see why he isn't in the team.

You disagree. My answer is bring Hassell back in.

    What's yours?

Hassell should definitely be brought back but that isn't going to happen under Hill.

Phil you keep banging on about the mistakes Hassell makes in a way that suggests your favourites never make any. I really dont think you've got the faintest idea about anything.

He needs help. In all the bulletin boards in all the forms over the years, I've never encountered anyone so desperate to be right but so utterly incapable of formulating a coherent argument. He makes boing boing brada seem like Stephen Fry.

Oh you mean the game where posh hit quick balls to the bruisers up front playing percentage football as we had no presence at centre half and the entire midfield forgot to pick up the runners?

I'm wondering how we can get a groundswell of support at the next game...ponty end chants throughout the next home game, might be a good start...through the power of social media, WE CAN DO THIS! :)

    three songs so far..

    "one bobby hassell"
    "oh bobby hassell"
"na na na na, na na na na, na na na, bring bobby back, bobby back, briiiiing bobby back"

whether you rate him or not, Hassell is far and away better than any of our other defenders. the ignorance been shown by the manager to not play him is unbelievable.

Bobby has been playing for us for ten years without any serious stick on this forum

And my own eyes advise that he has defended nobly within his Championship remit, made vital blocks and indeed scored vital goals. There's a video somewhere.

Obviously skilful, with an admirable football brain, not the fastest but reliable, occasionally versatile in midfield.

Perceived to be incapable of now doing what our fullbacks are supposed to do

    Except that they don't.

Apart from one, briefly, who showed them how to do it, when he was played in his proper position.

    Scott Wiseman

But let's just abuse him for being played out of place. Oh and forget how much, when he was at centre back, how his pace mopped up the opposition attacks, because we were set up to have him do that.

How can anyone justify personal abuse?

There's either a howling wolf (HT) or a baying pack out there.

    Horrible
