It could be that out next round of recruits will qualify for the govt funding for new staff (16-24) and by replacing all the existing players we will be quids in

Devastating news.... Struber is leaving and Appleton ( skeletor),
    is favorite to take over...

Conway's finally told the truth but is devastated nobody believes him...

.... If academy is closing wonder if Danes bird as gone too....

To be honest I heard it was the west stand that hasn't passed its safety certificate and has got to come down ... But like opening post it's unsubstantiated......

If it didn’t pass, it would be closed not demolished. There’s been no change in regulations for it not to pass unless something something has deteriorated badly since last year.

Administration is our equivalent of Chapter 11. A court appointed process to provide short-term protection from creditors while a better outcome for creditors is sought. If the aims of the administration can't be achieved, usually some form of sale to allow the business to continue in some form, it will be followed by another insolvency process such as liquidation.

It’s not the same though as the original management remain in day to day control but need the courts permission to do certain things. It’s quite possible to restructure debts and keep the original managementIn The uk the administrator takes over everything and the original management don’t get control back

I wouldn't want the existing management running a company in that situation. The administrator's team can choose whether or not to use them depending on the situation they find themselves in. On the cases I worked on we tapped into their knowledge when needed, but more often than not it was the key employees we relied upon (e.g. shop floor manager, etc). In some cases we were better served by keeping the directors as far away from the business as possible.

It depends. In some circumstances restrictive covenants can be overturned very easily. It depends on several factors including the age and nature of the covenant and the change in circumstances since the time it was granted. Also a restrictive covnenant can only be enforced by the land which benefits from it - it is not enforceable by the world in general. And if the same party holds both the land which is subject to the covenant and benefits from it then it will automatically cease to exist.

I know he’s a bit of a popular fan been in Athersley Reds & travelling from Scotland but them Facebook posts make that Gary look a right lovely person.

Whenever clubs are relegated there’s often job losses. Scaremongering particularly at this moment in time just for a bit of attention online is bang out of order. Needs to grow up a bit.

I’d be very surprised if it is the West Stand, especially following the money spent on improving the gable ends in recent years.
