Is this really news to anybody?
Actually, the most successful AIDS prevention policies in Africa centre on both changing habits and distribution of Condoms. Condoms on their own are not the answer, unless someone is going to summon down the Condom fairy to provide a reliable and sustainable supply to people who don't even have doctors or clinics.

But don't let that get in the way of good rant.

Of course in Britain we have a limitless supply of free condoms and its done wonders for our STD rates.........NOT
