I like Conor. And he makes me feel like I could be a head coach of a professional football team. I could easily do as badly as he is doing.
I wish you well, Conor. You were always one of my favourite players (even getting a place in my All Time Favourites XI) and hope you can transfer your abilities as a footballer to that of a Head Coach. As many have already said, this is a big Summer with regards to the direction the club will travel. I wish I could find some positives to hang my hat on, but I can't. Passions are high amongst the fans and even though I don't agree with some of the negative comments directed towards Conor, I can't find any counter arguments to balance them.
If, and its a big if, he tells Sormaz specifically who he wants (rather than the other way round) and he has time to develop a strategy with decent players rather than pea-hearted chancers he may just cut the mustard. He must be trusted to develop his own plan with his own players. If he's not backed he'll almost certainly fail.
