    I think they were the big hitters of non league. I'd imagine their wage bill is fairly modest even by league 1 standards.

    Would be a great signing been stand out last 2 season's and made league one team of year. A few clubs are interested roumor is he wants 1st team football though.

    He's nearly 26, established international high performer, not a cheap unknown we can blood and sell on, signs we are becoming more flexible with the plan?

    I think it'd be nice if we can find room for a couple of solid pro's who might be here for 5+ years to go with the young talent. It's always nice to have a couple of Hassell & Foster types in the squad

    David Ball turned down a new deal with them a few years ago and went on trial with us. He then turned down a deal with us as we didn't offer him the length in his contract rather than the wages. He then went back to them and scored a lot of goals since.
