    Mostto turned out not to be good enough i just felt he deserved more of a chance, if Macken and KO get over 60 games each to try and prove something then why shouldn't miguel have got a run of 10-12 games, he couldn't have done any worse than the other two.</p>

    It makes no sense to me either

    But for some reason the club has a bunker mentality. They really do think that everyone is against them. Be that Radio Sheffield, who they stopped talking to for a year and prevented the fans from receiving commentaries, The Barnsley Chronicle who the club are always accusing of being too critical, or just everyday fans who are swiped at on 'independent' web sites that were set up because the club don't like the press they receive in the mainstream media.

    And I know first hand what extreme lengths people at Oakwell will go to when they don't like the fans' opinions.

    Read it at 9 this morning, my jaw has just made it back up.

    Disgraceful "journalism" for a semi-official site post.

    Whilst on the subject of youth, I'd still love to know why Jamil Adam has dissappeared from the 1st team squad, especially when we had no strikers in Jan and he looked hungry at Cardiff so long ago.

    That is not the way to be "stronger together" and I hope that the temporary shut down of the site is due a) to someone seeing sense at the club or b) it all having been a prank played on Mr.Stokes that has backfired.

    Yes Dennis was a fan but he nearly put the club out of existence because of his ego,if I'm wrong then maybe John would publically set the record straight and explain why we went into Admin when the club had more land assets than any other football league club and there was a rich supporter already giving money to the academy

    Here we go again. I knew the guy, lost contact now. Yeah he was/is arrogant but he would not have sacrificed his ego over BFC. Things like this just make me think people make stuff up or probably it would be fairer to say always look for the worst in people and the conspiracy theory.

    Not met these people - Only met Spinksy once and he was dead nice - really friendly took time to chat and even listen to some critism when given in a balanced way.

    Cheers for the reply I think they could still have the bunker mentality if they just put a positive spin on things, it's spin we realise. Anyone in their right mind would expect that.
