    Vegi Sunday Dinner

    vegatables in mushroom sauce pie, mashed tatties and neeps, sprouts, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, leeks, green beans, cabbage, peas, roast parsnips and tatties, yorkshire puds and stuffin.vege gravy and mint sauce..(dribble) (Y)

    So in the end I made

    Lasagne with home made pasta sheets

    Roast butternut squash & sweet spud soup wi moroccan spices and chick peas

    Minestrone soup

    Blue cheese stuffed loaf (from Saturday kitchen yesdi)

    Cream of courgette soup with rosemary & mint

    Pesto in fridge for pasta later in week to be served with tomato salad & bacon chops

    Pig hock & peas

    Think I'll celebrate chinese new year wi a take away from the Ruby tonight :D

    I lose most Sundi pms

    to cooking and stocking the fridge/freezer for the week. Mainly so the piggies (the RR's & Mr Ali) dont starve when they get in or need lunch! One day 1 of them will make the miraculous discovery there is more to cooking than spag bog, fry ups and pancakes!!!
