    Slightly different system and colours down here. Garden waste should have been emptied but wasn’t this week as our council prioritising waste and recycling still not suspended garden waste collection but say they will if needed. At least my grey bin was emptied though quite relieved as it had a dead fox (double bagged ) in it. We woke up a week or so ago to find it dead in our flower bed phoned the council to ask what to do and they told us to bag it and stick it in the bin. Didn’t want that there for weeks.

    I wonder why different councils all use different systems for bin collections. Surely one works better than the others.

    My daughter lives in Grenoside, when she first moved in I asked her neighbours where the green wheelie bin was. They looked at me like I'd got 2 heads
