    Yorkshire.
Ended on a high. Very good run chase by the look of it. Off the bottom.

Well done Yorkshire. add back the points deduction and it's a 3rd place finish. Those with a long memory will think back to the wash out in Bristol. Abandoned without a ball bowled. I got drowned there on Tuesday.

Shan Massood came good in the last few games .
Encouraging cricket in September so let’s hope we can make a serious challenge next season ( and get good overseas players !!!! )

Decent season. 3rd without the points off, Masood averaging in the 60s and another season of Lyth cracking a thousand runs. Should be promotion next season. It was very England test side of them to declare so far behind to force a result.

Too much bad luck with the weather as well meaning likely wins became draws. Could have finished top!

I really wish we could re-organise the League/County set up, to 5 days a game. It's just ridiculous how weather can almost totally determine and this ruin a teams season.
But failing to see teams off from a winning position is also annoying, and completely out own fault!.

I remember when they were 3 day matches and uncovered pitches but games were played in the main summer months.
There was only one other competition .. I think Benson & Hedges sponsored it.
Nowadays County games are played in early April and late September so priority is given to the Hundred etc.
4 day games are fine if played in main summer months

Gawd yeah …. the Sunday league games were played in the middle of ongoing county games.
The Gillette comp was 60 overs each all in one day.
    Them were t’days eh
