Letter been leaked and now officially published suggesting no new bookings will be taken in the whole month of April.

So if you're 50 or over, I suggest you push to get it done before the end of March.

Overs 50s and those under 50 who are either vulnerable or work with vulnerable people eg carers.

And to be honest the risk of mortality without underlying conditions for someone 50 and under is minuscule.

there will be plenty of people older than 40 who are undiagnosed with a condition, and many who have conditions but not considered serious enough to be in a higher cohort.

miniscule to you maybe, not to others.

If it was miniscule they wouldn’t be vaccinating the under 50s.

Finally got booked - ironically whilst all you lot in Barnsley are coming down to Sheffield stealing our vaccines, I'm having to go to Wakefield!

Question though - I ticked the confirmation details to e mail address thing, but nothing has come through. Can the second jab details be checked when you go for the 1st one?

Don't know about that, but wife went to Wakefield on Sunday and it was very straightforward. Park at the Hepworth car park and stroll over the river - maybe 5 mins walk and lots of friendly stewards to direct her when she got there.

But not those of us who turn 50 in the very near future. I hit the big 50 in early May - I can't book it in advance and might not be able to until either May or they've finished Groups 1-9. I can't even book it in advance for May when I am 50...

Went on an hour ago, in for 8.10am in the morning and 2nd jab booked for June. Took minutes but travelling to Birstall for it. Worth it to get it done.

Managed to get me & the wife booked this afternoon, Hathersage was second choice location, so I thought we'd have a trip out.

Sheffield Arena wasn't an option for me.
