    We'll see against Burnley

cos in Eagles and Gudjonsson, they've got two of the best wingers in the Championship on current form.

Strikers needed changing after an hour in my opinion neither looked at the races. If he is going to have 4 strikers on the bench then he should be prepared to swap them round when things aren't working on the field. His substitutions have always baffled me though so i never expect any different. Definately stronger with Darren moore back in the side and i thought Van Homoet played very well to say he hasnt had much 1st team football.

I think Hassell has more than proved he more than capable in midfield, away from home I'd play both him and Colace with De Silva just in front,
two wingers and a taget man up front.

    just poking fun elsewhere

I agree Hassell is more than capable in midfield, maybe lacks a bit of creativity.

    Honestly?

would you put him in your first 16? Sent back from Grimsby after a trial, couldnt get fixed up there. Gone backwards since showing early signs of promise.

RE: Have to say, Moore makes a huge difference

If, as I suspect, they will not refuse a big money offer for Muller, then Steele is a defo for the West Ham game. Will not want to cup tie Muller.

If I had no other midifielder a tall then yes I'd put him on the bench

as he is far more likely to be needed than 4 strikers

Couldn't agree more SM, i thought we lacked the killer punch but the performance was decent enough. Van Homoet, De Silva, and Bobby were excellent, even Rigters had a decent game when he came on. 2 0 to the reds on Boxing day with Rigters and Kosluk getting the goals. Don't ask me why Kossy scored but it was a strange dream i had after a night on the sherberts.

When did we play that then?

5-3-2 or 3-5-2, cant remember it being 4-4-2 diamond, but I am getting old and going crazy so i may not be able to remember correctly. :D
