    West Indies v Pakistan in 2005, I’d got in from the harbour lights at 6am, my mate woke me up at 8 and by 9 we were drinking rum punch at the cricket. Can’t remember much past about 3pm!

    the old Kensington Oval had a cracking atmosphere plus when England aren’t playing it’s only a few quid to get in

    Windies are even money to win today with Bet365. Did they not see the other day? England are going through a rebuild, against a team stacked with loads of quality and experienced players.

    Hopefully Yorkshire make some new stars too.

    Jawad Akhtar plays for Wakefield Thornes and he’s tipped to play some first team games for Yorkshire this coming season and, potentially, maybe England.
    I think he’s a bowling all-rounder

    I’ve paid to watch this evenings game and it’s a good game although it seems to be very short boundaries.
    Will be close I think … is Mr Hook back from the Mount yet ?
