RE: can't remember it, was that the 2-1 win?

The goal was either a last minute equaliser or winner for Leicester.

I think it was an equaliser in the cup when we won at home on penalties following Archdeacon's stunning last minute equaliser

    yes it is

the ball is not in the players control until he has touched it. only then does it count as in control if less than a yard. it cannot be in your control if u havent touched it.

    RE: yes it is

You will notice that I said "within" not "in" the players control. The inference being that he is in a position to control the ball if he so wishes.

    but by not touching it

and merely stopping the other player from getting to it he is causing an obstruction and it is a foul and can also be a booking.

Not if it is within playing distance and therefore "within" his control!

RE: Not "gentlemanly conduct" what McGrath did at the end either...

how can doing something in the laws of the game be called cheating, there beatable but a hard one at that just accept they did all they could, and come through for them what must be felt as a win, if noy your post smacks of sour grapes, if we want to dominate the world at we have to be like them
