    Germany look the best side in the competion. Given how they have battered all in front of em. (Including Scotland and Ireland) I see them certainly making the final.

    They do have a team. And are part of the ICC. I haven't followed any of their progression. But it appears they are gradually working up through the world rankings. 34/87 in T20.
