    Can only repeat what I've already said. I didn't want him banning. I think he was a complete bellend. Some justify that by saying he's a comic, or a wind-up etc.

    Each to their own and all that.

    But I'm probably seen as a bellend by some. Not really a reason to ban someone.

    But his post tonight followed on from his posts under a previous banned identity, and so it's hard to sympathise with him, or blame admin for removing him.

    And let's be honest, the bloke has been goading Gally, Hicksy et al for weeks.

    I thought calling a whole fan-base 'murderers' was out of order. It's a general deformation of character and borderline racism. But by that same judgement, calling the Wednesday fans 'Schnitzels' is the exact same offence. Donny fans as Pikeys, is a racist remark, like it or not. And generalising the Brighton hans as a bunch of puffs is by the same token, equally as offensive.

    It's like a bad foul in footy, it's all about intent. But where will it all end?

    I'm genuinely shocked by that. I've never made one complaint about any post or poster and I really didn't think that besides from the odd alert people just didn't use the 'report post' function.

    Over the last three days I've had around 30 notifications entitled "Reported post from Barnsleyfc.org"
    I'd say around half of them were either made by Cricket Jim, either in jest or in seriousness, or complaining about him. The rest were about other stuff.
    I don't know about the other admin staff, but I just don't have the time or the inclination to wade through people's squabbles.
    But when someone's name pops up again, and again...... it just becomes tedious.

    Like Stahlrost, I appreciate all the work of the admin team on here.

    To try and get some perspective on here, CJ's rant recently was about this original comment from Whitey:

    I once got banned from this site for saying Tom Daily is a gay, Tom Daily says it on twitter and instead of being banned from twitter he's given hero status,

    I don't think it's *****, though. It's the rules.

    I'm sure if I posted continued attacks on various people and the admin were getting alerts/reports to that end, I'd too be banned.

    Thing is, I'm not a 'complete' bellend so that won't happen.
