RE: Well thats a odd one Shouldn't it be manslaughter or summat? It may take a while - but basically you've killed someone ... by loving. You've loved someone to death. Death by loving. You know what I mean.
Serving man porridge. If someone knowingly gave me bum AIDS I'd say: "Jay - you dirty loving wombat - I'm going to hang you like a Dalmation".
Thazmenkalthee. I am Dreamboy. You are Owen Blackadder ... as is Billy Dynashite. I'd rather not have a running commentary on the **** I post. I already know it's crap. You psychotic fish fondling joeytron.
Depends on what the actual charge is Ali. If it's a s.18 Wounding it used to (I say used to as I haven't had owt to do with criminal law for over 10 years) carry a sentance of up to 10 yrs. I have seen someone get sent down for five for glassing someone. If it's a lessor charge, s.47, s.20 it carries a lessor sentence - You'd have to find out exactly what the charge is before you could get any firm advice.
Oh dear my mate is a lovely lad, never even seen him have a row wi anyone ne mind get violent. He's such a Pretty Boy too... his arse is gonna come out in tatters

He's not guaranteed to get that Ali. S.18 is "Wounding with intent" - ie- The assailant fully intended to cause serious harm to the victim. If the Police/CPS aren't convinced that there was that intent they can look at a s.20 instead. If he's used a bottle then they'll probably go for the s.18 but it's not guaranteed that a Jury will believe the intent was there. If it's ultimately a s.20 then it could be a lessor sentance. How badly injured is the other fella?
