They still made it to Euros though, which isn't something that you should take for granted (unless football is a multi-billion business in your country). Yeah, I know that qualifying for the tournament is easier than ever before, but for smaller nations I think it's still an achievement and something to be proud of.
For what it's worth mate, most of the mangers that have got us promoted since I've watched us, 1st being Johnny Steele only 2 managed b4. Loved Bellamy as a player, since I first saw him. Hope it works well for him. His record won't only be defined by his management skills. But more the quality of players at his disposal. Not sure I could name any. Last one being Gareth Bale. But tbh I couldn't name more than half the present England team off the top of my head.
All opinions pal, just think there's been better. As for Barnsley players I'd have to chuck Hammill vs Leeds 5-2 and Ricky Vaz Te again vs Leeds 4-1 into the equation
There's loads of other threads you could read and contribute to. I'm intrigued as to why you were drawn into this one, about something you have no interest in whatsoever?
Think Wales will find themselves in the wilderness me for the next few years. Not much talent coming through and could easily find themselves back outside the top 60 again.
I've done this because it's the Euros, in case you didn't realise. And are they still not giving a monkeys after tonight's result, ehh kid. And what exactly is your 'regular' contribution to this board (if your going to have a go at mine), I've got no idea there.
‘Kid’? Didn’t have a go at your contributions. You’ve tried to be clever and quote a small part of my post without context or explanation. I actually encouraged you (and everyone else) to post whatever they like about anything they choose. Read it again and give me a shout if you’re unsure about anything.
