What's the point ? The manager sets the midfield up to be on its heels and concede territory. They aren't allowed to go beyond the strikers. Pile of ****.
Re: Craig Davies Flicker can't win with some of you can he? People moan that Dagnall isn't up to it and hasn't been getting near the squad; he's going out on loan. O'Grady is our foremost striker and goalscorer; he's injured so we look to replace him on loan. Nothing wrong with that from where I'm sitting, but of course Dagnall may start Saturday along with our latest central midfield loan signing, in which case I'll agree!
Re: Craig Davies Do you think the requirement of any new forward will be to play left wing for 75 percent of the match...and I know the drifting wide argument and accept it but there's drifting and setting up camp having a cuppa isn't there?
Re: Craig Davies Nobody is allowed to play centrally, unless it's wingers, and they must not venture beyond the centre circle. Strikers must play wide and drop deep, central midfielders must play on the opposite wing to their preferred foot. Nobody must pass the ball forwards and/or quickly, and any midfielder found venturing into the opposition's penalty area gets a club fine.
Re: Craig Davies The manager says Pederson is tired. COG is injured. So what does the manager do? Loan out Dagnall before he's even brought someone else in first. If he can't bring a loan in by saturday he's going to look silly again.
