RE: Whether you offer to pay once you've been caught or not helping yourself is out of order... Well you have your agenda but that's not what I've heard from 3 or 4 people I trust and have no reason to bend the truth. I didn't say there was any trouble and the bar manager is within his rights to reopen the bar. The only breach of licensing laws took place when certain people helped themselves to the spirits, like it or not the behaviour of arseholes. You've made yourself clear enough that the players offered to pay for drinks that had been "lost," the point is that they should not have been "lost" in the first place.
From Official site FOLLOWING reports of an incident in an Isle Of Man guest house last weekend Barnsley Football Club can confirm that following an internal investigation the player responsible has been identified and disciplinary action taken. No further comment will be made in regards to this matter. July 21, 2006
RE: From Official site I bet the duty manager said he could do it and then he did it but then the general manager said he couldn't and he offered to fix it and anyway it wasn't him in the first place.
