He's obviously a good player on the ball and will become a very good player in the future. My only gripe is that sometimes he holds onto the ball for too long. But I suppose when you're better than the rest you will do.

Why did he take about half an hour to walk off also? Confusing.

    What a clueless comment.

One of the worst I've ever read on this forum.

He moaned about the players and said Crowley was good going forwards but **** defensively.

Ah right. Criticise your best player. And didn't we concede after Crowley went off?

That kind of sums up 95% of the 3.2million attacking midfielders the ****ing idiot signed. What does he want?

Crowley will not make it at top level, thats my opinion, over complicates things all the time, expect him to be sent off in next couple of games with the attitude he is showing, he is a good player but with a bad attitude and no wish to be a team player its wasted

It just seemed like he was grasping at straws and looking for ways to excuse today's abomination.

He only over complicates things because nobody reads him and runs to creates space. He almost always has no options other than to hang on to the ball.

He's the only midfielder we've got who actually looks to move forward with the ball

The most talented footballer I've seen for years in a red shirt. Sublime. Will be an England regular in years to come.

You must be a mentalist. Did you go to the same game?? He ran the show first half. Skilful, quick feet, got out of trouble and sucked in 3 or 4 oppo players with his runs. Dangerous beyond belief and we lost what little goal threat we had when he went off. Mellon and his staff must have been rubbing their hands when LJ made the change. Visibly gave their players a lift.

did he make a tackle today? He is very young and naive, no idea about covering and helping the team in general. OK, maybe I was a little over the top but I think we have to rest him and pay some men in the team not boys.

They were very clever today with pulling, pushing and time wasting. We have to smarten up and start being more 'professional '

We also have to start getting points on the board, a VERY poor effort against a poor team today.

What happens is you get a player like Crowley who wants to run the show, he comes deep & gets in the way of Scowen & Pearson.

By constantly, needlessly coming deep he burns himself out early doors & then throws a tantrum when he's subbed off even though he's clearly emptied his tank & should learn from the experience.

The lads talented but makes a lot of mistakes & wrong decisions. There's no shame in that, he's young & should improve.

If he was the finished product & was as amazing as some are claiming he wouldn't be here in the first place. If you can't see that I'd suggest you're the clueless one
