Not being funny buddy, but we've a million and one things going on right now, and lots more pressing issues. All I know, I have shared to the best of my ability. There's nothing new to report. He remains part of our training but unable to play. I am sure that when we are given more info regards the matter, we'll be one of the first to share it. I'd like to say 'the first' but in this day and age, that's not always possible.

This is a reason I argued that it was foolish to have such a big squad with many on long term contracts. Not that we’d be faced with a global pandemic obviously but that we could go down with none of them impressing & be stuck with them.

We’re going to have about 25 players under contract if we go down. It could kill us.

I wish I could have worked in this industry when there was no internet. Must have been little to do.

I might be wrong but I’m pretty sure Dane has said previously that a lot of the players on longer contracts aren’t on huge wages and wouldn’t hurt the club too much. Obviously a pandemic has impacted this though but there’s absolutely no way any of this could’ve been prepared for.

The level of difference between the championship and league one is huge too. 2 years ago we had players that didn’t impress in the championship previously but then were very good in league one, it could well be the same this time. If we do indeed go down, of course.

As a side note, I personally don’t think our squad is that big. Once the players leave whose contracts run out and I assume we’re likely to sell McGeehan, Green, Miller and probably Wilks, it’s closer to 20 than 25.
