    Didn't MCFC loan Trippier out again after he left us? I don't think he moved to Burnley permanently until after he had spent a season on loan there.

    Yes - Trippier would be on that list.

    We have a remarkable ability at the club to identify these young players.
    Although the club wasn't under the management of Hecky at the time of Trippier - in saying that, the recruitment is even better now.

    The final bit would be to separate the wheat from the chaff once they were at the club.
    We don't want to be saddled with a world beater at 18 year old - that's a dud by the time they are 20.
