    Shouldn't have taken the team if that's true - if he needed time to think fair enough give him the week as gardening leave and have Murray pick the team whilst he is deciding - if he decides to stay he can return if he decides to go - fair enough but to let him take the team when he is seriously considering leaving is just a bit dumb imo

    It's easy to say that in hindsight though. It doesn't seem the best thing to do, but he had taken the training all week

    To be fair you dont need hindsight for that one Id have said it on Friday if we had known the club had accepted a formal offer for the release and had asked Struber to decide whether he was leaving or staying
