Hemsworth tyke is lying about Conte. His holidays are well publicised. I assume he was scouting a player in the sea because there are a LOT of photos of his scouting trip where he is having a good time on the beach with their lass

 

not sure who works harder for the club , Hecky or Beth from ticket office . Club would be fkd without them

I never said he wouldn't go on holiday. Will he switch off though?

Just read that he told his wife that he would spend valentines day with her. He watched multiple games of football including a game in Italy that he went across for.

Ps, Conte spent valentine's day at home and watched 90 minutes of football on TV. Heckingbottom went out to work managing Barnsley to a fantastic win away at Aston villa. He didn't get home till just before midnight.

 

Do you think Hecky is ignorant of the fact that we have a lot of work to do this summer? I'm fairly sure he's mentioned that we do. If we sign a player on Monday or in 3 weeks it won't make a difference, so I'm struggling to see any problem with him having a break

After all he's had to deal with since the end of December, I'm more than happy that Hecky goes straight on holiday on Monday. I'll drive him to the airport if he wants.

A rested and rejuvenated Hecky in a couple of weeks is worth far more than a knackered one hanging around and losing the best chance he'll get to take a break.

The retained list is already done and Watkins and Zuk should be able on their own to make whatever pittance last ditch offers we're going to make before losing Watkins and Scowen et al.

(Seem to remember that crap manager Brian Clough used to fly off for holidays half a dozen times a season).

 

I was contemplating going to bed (longish drive in the morning) but this thread is gripping. All the makings of a classic!

 

I saw Conte in Thomas Cook booking a cruise with Omar Bogle while Hecky was in the newsagents buying the sun cos he was collecting the holiday for a quid tokens. Whatever can it mean?

If Conte is working 45 hours every day watching football and the rest, then at some point sleep deprivation will see him start to hallucinate. Although that would be quite funny to watch.

On a serious note, without a minimum of 5-6 hours of sleep per day you start to lose the ability to focus and make the correct decisions.

 

I sleep about 3 hours a night it explains a lot.

Yep, in no way trying to divert the fact that his side have just completely bottled winning the league having gone from being ten points clear of third place with five games to go, when promotion was secured, to finishing third, having accumulated one point in those five games, with the side they were ten points clear of winning the title. As for conte, he's a fruit loop. But he's good. Worse people to compare to. Does he work harder than Hecky? Possibly. Doubt it.

Has he had more holidays than Hecky in the last 12 months? Yes. By far.

Hecky can have as long a holiday as he wants. Until the playoffs are done we dont even know for sure what clubs are where or who's available for what.

Question though Phil, why? You know exactly what you're doing.

You are clearly not that daft, some of your posts are decently thought out. Why do you insist on starting the fires like this?

No doubt there'll be some in your corner. They must like the show.

You often make yourself out to be some kind of social leper; instead of lighting the touch paper and watching the results of it on your computer, why not entertain yourself by trying to overcome your 'shyness', get out, have a drink, make friends, maybe get a girlfriend / boyfriend if that's your inclination: i.e a life?

Other than Bfc, what's in your life? I'm genuinely interested. Other hobbies? Do you work? What do you do if so? Where and with whom do you live? Assume hemsworth but you never know.

There must be a circle of real people you could interact with. I've said myself, having never met you or even having an idea what you look like, sound like or anything, I'd like a beer and half an hour to talk about your thoughts on the u23s and u18s. Your knowledge on them is better than anyone else I read.

Yet your informed views about them are outnumbered by silly posts attacking the people you know the majority fully support and love, historically the likes of hassell, Luke Steele, many. And now Heckingbottom.

Don't try and say you don't do it on purpose. You clearly do.

There are better ways of drawing attention to yourself pal. If you are really that scared of getting out and talking to folk, maybe see your gp for counselling or do an online course in self confidence or something. These posts are just silly.
