Why are you hell bent on slagging off Hassell?

He's a quality defender, has been the entire time he's been with us, and I pray we offer him a new contract.

Who else do we have that could adapt so well to a number of positions? Imagine Kozzy in midfield! (and that's not a dig at him, he's a very good defender) but I don't for one minute belive he'd do the job Hassell has done in the middle...or even worse...imagine Van Homoet in midfield, or at centre half for that matter!

Hassell was signed as a right back, but has become a damn good centre half too (and has a better leap that pretty much anyone else I can think of that we've had in the last 5-10 years). He NEVER shirks a challenge, and seems to save us time and time again

By far and away one of the most important players we have

Thrappo the problems i have with him is at right back and i do actually think hes good in the middle. I have problems with is attacking intent at right back and in Sheffield Wednesday program it says hes an attacking full back. Last year i never booed him once and my friend Scott (hemsworth red) said to me yesterday why are you getting on at him when you never did last year. I said to him i am not happy with him at right back and explained like i have on here. People on here treat him like hes a saint and i can remeber him swearing at werling last year for attacking in a reserve team game. i was shocked because he was stood 5 yards away from a number of 5/6/7/8 year olds. Also my eye sight is fine and he did elbow a Birmingham player yesterday and i think if you are going to have ago at Morgan you should also have a go at Robert hassell. from where i was sat yesterday i could see the paper in andraniks hand and i said to some one next to me whats that paper in andraniks hand. TO see this i had to look past where hassell elbowed the Birmingham player. I do talk to Scott and he does tell me what he thinks and it is sometimes different to what i think which i think is good because i have more than one view in my head.
