No idea. Definitely not at work, though. Honest.
It'd be interesting to see how we do without Howard.

Wonderful on his day and we certainly owe him a debt of gratitude, but in many games I saw he looked like he was believing his own hype and was the only person who could win the game. Had a bad habit of trying to do everything himself when there were better options available.

It'd be great to keep him, as he does have a lot of quality when he can be arsed, but maybe we'd better off with someone of lesser ability but more inspirational and more of a team player?

As to who that player would be and whether they'd make a difference, who knows?

RE: 'can nobody remember the ***** we had'

Me the moron? Yes we we're promoted from League 1, with a hint of luck may i add!. No your right Howard is not ***** as i stated in my post. But however, Richards, Kay, Reid, Austin, Williams, Wright etc were never ever Championship quality, i suppose ***** is the wrong word, 'Not good enough for this level and never will' is more appropriate. Please tell me how i'm a moron? is it because i don't have as many posts as you? Moron.

    Your post is flawed !

"I've told everyone, from the start, he's a good manager, But, one problem is his stubborness. 5-3-2 doesn't work, yet he seems adamant to play it"

Your two comments there do not add up. A good manager would stand all the way back and re-assess, not have tunnel vision with a ' I thought of this system, so even though I can see it is not working, I am going to show my leadership qualities by sticking to my guns' attitude.

Good leaders, good coaches can often be ***** managers.

I've said it often enough on here, we need a manager who can motivate his team and get the best out of his players, not some ' ohhhhh look how many coaching badges I have ' ******

I really believe Howard's dip in form was down to

ADS's injury. I was blatantly obvious when he went back to Everton that Howard was having to pull all the strings and almost try and get on the end of his own passes. Howard clearly did'nt have confidence in my opinion in any of the players partnered with him. Im sure he would have benefitted more with AJ or Togs at his side as opposed to a Right Back learning the trade as it were.

When ADS returned so did Howard's form but then dipped again when ADS picked up his horrific injury.

Wether or not this is a flaw in Howards game I don't know, just my opinion as to why he appeared to have dipped in form towards the back end of the season. I certainly feel that the 2 of therm together could be the best midfield pairing outside the Premiership. Howard seems to respect Anderson and trust him to hold the fort leaving Howard to bomb on and score the goals that he was doing earlier in the season.

    What do you think?

Same idiots who get on at Howard prob think Oddjob has raw talent

How anyone can criticise Howard is beyond me. Lets see how many goals he has after 10 league games.

Yes im not a big fan of Davey but he kept us up twice and in recent years il settle for that. And you cant knock him for trying to improve the side, he is still learning himself.

If we get rid of davey we could end up with a right plonker like in the past (Spackman, Parkin, Hart to name but a few.)

My only big moan is that we need to get rid off oddjob asap and get sum1 else in up front.

See you at QPR, get behind em
