    A Poor Choice

    I will obviously get behind him as manager BUT I think its the wrong choice. Yes he does apparently to the background in to build up for matches BUt on yesterdays showing IMHO he picked the wrong team totaly yesterday.
    And that showed his inexperiance.
    Sadly Nowt we can do now so lets hope things only get better in the new year.

    Shep knew that Davey was his man some weeks ago, he should have told us when we picked up two league wins against Southend, and Ipswich. We could have lived with it then.

    This is what i said a few weeks ago, that Davey would be our next manager, Shep wants the cheap option, the Club is run on a cheap budget, we buy cheap players and expect them to perform in this league. We get by on other teams hand me downs. BarnsleyFc have always gone for the cheap option, if Davey and Shep or Wilkinson or the tea lady or whoever brings players into the club gets it wrong in the transfer window. Then my friends we'll be back in the Pub League next year. (doh)

    Do you think he appointed the right person in P Hart?
    Do you think the financial position would have improved as it has?
    Do you think we would have got promoted with P Riddy as chairman?

    Do you think Cardiff will get promoted despite spending loads of money?

    Wonderful news. There's such stellar football in League One to look forward to next season.

    Least it's not Wilson, I suppose. Or that sour-faced t w a t, Royle. Or Blackwell.

    Yay! Positives about the new manager on the basis of who he isn't.
