Signing's some bad, some good and some great players that have taken us forward.

Not affraid to drop players evan when he has signed them because there rubbish, so he does admit hes wrong.

He's a strong presence around the club, something we needed.

My opinion is that he has taken us forward and I hope this continues. I hope him and Cryne can work together and iron out the recent problems if not we all know the outcome.

We need to sign more players to develope into a mid table side, but Davey also needs the resources.

Cryne should get Davey in and question his tactics and change the coaches if need be.

tactically and positionally constantly gets it wrong, jcr, leon and his superb 3 up front that hasn't worked in over 2 years.
only signing 1 recognised decent defender (foster).
being heavy handed with some players,ie kay when it was rumoured 3 or 4 were in that drinking clan
falling out with numerous players and not having a way in ironing out differences. some players need tlc others a good rollicking.
dismantling all the academy players, sending them all over , not giving them a chance.
signing journeymen nobodys like van homoet, leon, mossto
his actions in the loan market are dubious to say the least, only macken and anderson have been a success.
falling out with anyone who dares to question him
all the cloak and dagger stuff with team news, taking the fans for fools.

Tactics- Ive already agreed on that

Heavy handed- well done Davey its what we needed if true.

Falling out with players ? Probably because he told some truth's if true.

Academy players- we have released and sold some good players over the years but none by Davey.

Joureymen or gambles ? some work some don't.

Loan singings- Nayatanga, Werling. Its not the best option thats why we signing players.

Cloak and dagger with team news, most managers do that sort of thing.
