Thing is DT that I give so much of a **** about the club that the facts of the situation and span of Davey's reign scare the **** out of me. I don't want to see us in League 1 next season but absolutely nothing that I've seen since the new year gives me hope. I don't blame the players. Everyone has physical and ability limitations but the refusal of some fans to face up to Davey and his ineptitude and failings leaves me gobsmacked.

Do these people think the earth is still flat? Wake up "flat-earthers".

I saw the list of managers that applied for the job the last time. THAT would scare the **** out of you. FACT. If you realised how fcking difficult it is to get anyone to consider us, you'd maybe think twice before spouting off. Then again.....

And no, if Davey somehow proves to be our messiah then I will gladly come on here and be told what a dipshit I am. I'm not too worried yet though.

My opinion is formed on the statistics throughout his tenure, not hypothesis, conjecture and hope like yours.

IN its a bit too early in the season to sack anyone, but I do like your strong veiws and if others start turning against Davey
the injury situation could be the end for Davey. Lets hope he turns it round soon.

FA Cup Semi Final. At Wembley. In your lifetime. Lest you forget. Kept us up. Twice. Dont you think that deserves some respect? And maybe a little time to get things back on track again?

He's made some bad signings. He's made more good signings. He's made some bad decisions. He's made more good decisions. Thats football. Channel some of your negative energy into supporting the team, manager, players and all.

 

well said sm i think mpm is the son of dragon tyke should we put it to a poll because between the 2 i have never heared as much negativity and they support the club as regards a new manager who should we go for maybe paul hart or spackman

 

To be fair mate the statistics show he's kept us up twice

in a very tough division. Your taking from New Year onwards which doesn't exist in football terms. In statistical terms he's kept us up twice with a point increase each season and taken us to an FA Cup semi final beating two of the top four Premiership teams. If he has a poor first half to the season and wins every game after Christmas we could reach the play-offs. That would constitue a poor 2008 but that means nothing in football terms

I'll be quiet on the negativity front from here on. Only positive remarks from me now.

But I expect full apologies from all of you flat-earthers if Davey takes us down cos I'll blame SD and you lot that back him for the relegation.

MM, wonder how Blackwell is doing with his team and the media, he is a amn who will take criticsm and has open forums with fans on a regular basis, We have a insecure control freak who is scared to death of being criticised by the fans
