A great signing by the Board in my opinion.

Simon Davey works well, and communicates well with the Board, and in particuar, with Patrick Cryne who told us at the Supps meeting that he is a man he can work with.</p>

He and his backroom team will transform our club.</p>

He has been given the time and the finances and I know that you will think I'm probably barmy but, I know, just know in my heart of hearts, that Simon Davey will eventually take us back to the Premier.</p>

I have total faith in him.</p>

His ambition is such that he will settle for nothing less.</p>

He now has the chance to perform, nothing less than a miracle, at Barnsley Fc and I believe he will do it.</p>

Chuffed to bits with this news. Think he is doing a cracking job. Also agree with Tina in that I get the feeling he may be the man to move us on another level. Just waiting for the news that his backroom staff are staying too. All seem to be doing a good job, the team have not been as fit, or together, for years.
