Poor is stretching it a bit. He looked a bit leggy, but definitely not poor. I bet if City hadn't conceded those two late goals (when De Bruyne wasn't even on the pitch), then his performance wouldn't have even been brought up.
I was watching him closely as I had backed him to have 2 shots on target didn't even come close and gave ball away on more than one occasion maybe talking through my pocket but honestly thought he would boss it .
