Think the Club could do with a Community / Customer Engagement Manager. To be that link.
I know one with 30 years experience ;-)

Media outlets post multiple rumours and poach each others.
most turn out to be false. Sometimes they get it right.
    I
When I meant soundbites (btw it went with other comments) I dont mean. The general stuff they put out that is a decision has been made for example.. Which Newsbot and Bfc Twitter put out.
But the We are looking into signing so and so. Or we are discussing terms with so and so. Which a lot seem to want. Then when it falls through get bombarded with negative comments.

I agree with you partly ST. I don't think the club is deliberately distant I just think that they're a bit tone deaf. I get what Gally says about them making themselves available and I agree they do but I still think that Khaled is not great at communication.
A statement this week saying, look we took the decision to report the misdeeds of the previous board so that we could pu t everything in order. We're confident the right thing has been done and that the club will be fine etc, etc and recruitment and planning are going ahead as normal. That's all that's needed. Just a little acknowledgement that the current situation is not run of the mill and that they're on top of things. It won't convince the tin pot element of the fan base but it would be an indication that they are aware some may have concerns.
They don't need to say anything at all prejudicial to the EFL case.
Khaled always seems reactive not proactive in terms of communication.
Anyway, jusr the ramblings of a rose tinted spec wearing happy clapper.

Sorry but no. If we go and sound all complacent like that, u can guarantee that'll wind the efl up and they'll hammer us, cos we sounded like a smart @rse, and that's coming from a complacent happy clapper who reckons we'll get a couple of points deducted suspended, like Brum

Like I said. They don't have to say anything remotely prejudicial and I wouldn't expect them to.

I thought I’d read they had? Perhaps the person doing the appeal has signed for Luton so it’s fizzled out

Good luck with that one mate. It's a vocation for some. You'd have to shut every social media site down to get anywhere near close.

That’s how every job is advertised at the club. Unfortunately, it probably still means minimum wage.

Yes, I have noticed that. Alongside some of the qualifications required should really be drawing much higher salaries than they do (if they do ever disclose them).
