“So God was creating man. And his little assistant came up to him and he said: "Hey, we've got all these bodies left, but we're right out of brains, we're right out of hearts and we're right out of vocal chords." And God said: "F*ck it! Sew 'em up anyway. Smack smiles on the faces and make them talk out of their arses." And lo, God created the Tory Party.”
How would you like to control immigration? We can allow as many or as few people as we like from outside the EU. The UK government lets in more every year from outside the EU than from within it. From within the EU, we can *legally* ask anyone to leave who is unable to support themselves after 3 months. The UK government chose not to enforce that. From within the EU, we can *legally* refuse entry to convicted criminals. The UK government chose not to enforce that. So again, perhaps you would like the UK government to control immigration and apply the existing rules.
See the post by dannyWilsonslovechild for a simplified version. But in essence if you’ve been a regular visitor to the Independent, the Guardian and the BBC. And I’m a regular visitor to Fox News and The Daily Heil, Google will show us different results if we search Corbyn AND IRA. All that said - only an absolute ******* bellend reads the words ‘Guildford 4’ and translates it to ‘IRA terrorist’ rather than ‘wrongly accused’.
At the minute Corbyn can do no wrong in the media. However, a few years back on the build up to the Labour Party leadership vote the media were all too keen to raise anything derogatory. It's whatever agenda they have that morning when they wake up. The same applies to anybody in the public eye. Do I honestly believe that the Tory leadership at the time all fornicated with a pigs head in the Bullingdon club initiation? No I don't but it made a good story. That's the thing with politics everyone has a different agenda. Anything can be manipulated to suit an argument even the news. Straight after the no deal bill was passed the media were on Corbyn's back for refusing an election. The very next day they were saying Boris had something up his sleeve. The BBC editor is the worse. She loves the sound of her own voice and stoking up the fire. Do we need to know what Boris might do next? That isn't news that's her opinion. They're printing hypothetical situations and not actual news. I'd hazard a guess there won't be any proper news until the 17th October now. The rest is just idle speculation.
Jesus. You can say what you want about Corbyn but holy f’ck how you can type that without your nose growing and poking a hole through the monitor. Of all the things to throw at him, I can’t believe in any sense anyone could say he’s had anything but a tough ride in the papers whose owners stand to be fairly taxed by him.
You’re paranoid, fella. I liked DEETEE’s post, but was pointing out a spelling error, that’s all. Nowt to do wi’ thee.
That was the Sun though. Rather amusing. I've never taken anything they put out as anything but slapstick.
You might believe that, but unfortunately we live in a society where some believe those headlines. It is interesting to see the front page on the Scottish edition on the same day though (Floppy Johnson).
Neither are the press but seeing as they are having a lot of contact with a known terrorist perhaps they should be investigated....that seems to be the terrorist sympathiser qualifying criteria when applied to Corbyn etc. Did you actually read my post ? I also wouldn't cross the road to p155 on Tebbit after what he said, and continues to say, about Liverpool supporters and Miners ( put the block on the Orgreave enquiry) and I will happily say Jo Berry and Harvey Thomas are a thousand times better human beings than Tebbit will ever be.
My point being that we cant control immigration, anyone from inside the eu has the right to live and work here, we are powerless to stop it.
