What is there to say that another striker wouldn't have hit the target with an header from 4 yards out? Another striker that maybe wouldn't have cost us so dearly by not knowing the basics of how to put the ball in the net at wembley?

Lets face it, odejayi should not still be at barnsley football club, i know it and you know it and the only person that seems happy with him is Simon Davey and dont say he loaned him out because he's played over 80 times for us under davey, he should have gone after 20.

There was very little support for SD in the month leading up to the last game, not in Oakwell, not at the away games, not on the radio, not in the Chronicle and certainly not on this board or any of the other BFC forums, and that was simply because the vast majority thought we would be relegated.

The day after we survived, it went back to about 50/50 - remarkable.

All the SD fan club were back out in force, telling us how he WAS the right man for the job etc. etc.

He should have gone ten minutes after the final whistle at Home Park, if Cryne had any balls, or more to the point if we had a board of fecking directors in place to make those sort of decisions, like all the other clubs have.

 

so you would want a board of directors, about 3-6 maybe? all taking home bumper salaries which could be spent on players? reyt then.
